Founded in 2001 by Mr. Lucas Kaaya, West Kilimanjaro Dairy Products began as a family enterprise and was officially registered in 2004. In 2009 it became a family company with Mr. and Mrs. Kaaya as registered directors.
What started as a small family enterprise has grown steadily while keeping its founding values intact: every member of the Kaaya family remains directly involved in the business, from working with local farmers to overseeing quality on the production floor.
